Just means Iowa will take some other 2-3 star recruit and turn them into a really good college player and NFL level talent. Just as they have the last 15 years or so.

For Iowa it isn’t about who they don’t get, it is about who they do get and then turning them into high quality college players who end up being NFL level talent.
