Iowa -7 vs ISU

You just described ISU basketball fans.

Actually, there are some similarities there. I don't really agree about the fanbases...seems to me that ISU fans are just flipping the crap they get about FB back. That and iowa is pretty easy to make fun of with so many white dudes and a coach who seems to want to play everyone on the roster and then blow up when things aren't going well.

But ISU MBB and iowa FB are similar in that both programs have done some decent things, but neither have ever really been a national player. I just think that it's stupid to act like anything either program has accomplished is a big deal when there are other Midwest programs have actually done something worth noting.

This is why Iowa fans come here. To see how obsessed iSu fans are with their big brother. It is obvious that “hating” Iowa is more important to clone fans than anything else.

I will give you this though you do Iowa “hate” better than anyone else.

No, people go to a rivals message board and hang their because they have lil bro or lil something else complex. People content with who they are don’t have to do the LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME, that you DBs are doing.

If iSu fans were content with who they were there wouldn’t be so many threads about Iowa.

Many started by hawk fans. I have no idea how many ISU threads Iowa sites have because I don’t care and don’t go there.

Iowa is a rival, besides the first bigger game on the schedule so we will talk about Iowa. When the Iowa game is over, most talk will be about the next oppenent except for Iowa fans yapping over here. If we win, it will be quiet since the roaches will scurry. If Iowa wins, you guys will need to live vicariously through them to make up for your trailer park, Burger King drive through, moms basement lives.

iSu fans are still talking about last years game do you really believe they won’t be continue to do the same win or lose after the game this year?

Your last two sentences show just how contest you are as an iSu fan.

Reality hurts sometimes doesn’t it? I don’t know how contest I am. Not sure what that measures.

********, you come on here because none of your hawk brothers can stand you either. You just figure since we hate you anyway, what is the difference, better to be razzed by fans of another team than fans of your own.

Speaking of ISU basketball. Wow

Wish Iowa had the same success no doubt and those were all good to great college players for ISU, but outside of Nader, how many of those have seen actual NBA minutes? I'm generally curious.
All of them have played/scored in an actual NBA game, other than Burton who was in Korea last year. If that is what you are asking.

Didn't know that. How many do you think will make a roster this year?

Nader and Niang for sure. Monte will have a shot though bringing in Thomas hurt that but he'll play minutes in the league this year regardless. Not expecting much out of Naz or Burton
