Iowa -7 vs ISU

Hopefully his knees can carry the weight. At 6'5" that seems heavier than what he should be carrying.

Honest question though, wouldn't there be some concern that he has lost some of his agility with all of the added lbs?

He played last year around 315 so it’s not a ton of weight that was added. Polasek said he has really responded to Doyle’s training and looks lean.

You seem really upset Allen was second team and Fant was third team

Pretty strange hill to die on. I searched YouTube for "Chase Allen highlights" and the closest thing I found was some commitment video with his high school highlights. I did the same for Fant and this was the first video

You keep your 2nd team all-conference TE, and we'll keep our 3rd teamer. Deal?

You Hawk fans seem really upset the only first or second team all conference TE resides in Ames

Not upset at all. Nobody in their right mind would take a blocking TE with 4 catches over the video from my post above. Campbell would trade Allen for Fant before you could finish the question.

Why?

It's quite obvious that the main role of TE's in ISU's system is to block.

Hence why they have recruited a plethora of 6'4-6'6 receivers to flex out as a defacto split end.
