According to CBS Sportsline with all the injuries to Seahawks receivers Seneca might get a chance to play:

News: Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said dynamic backup quarterback Seneca Wallace, who fair caught two punts for Burleson late in the loss to the Bills, "quite possibly" will have a primary receiving role against the 49ers. The club has lost Nate Burleson and Ben Obomanu to season-ending injuries and are without Bobby Engram and Deion Branch for their Week 2 game.
Analysis: As a receiver, Wallace wouldn't be expected to post a ton of stats, though it would certainly be interesting if he played there. Unless he garnered regular playing time, Wallace isn't worth adding to your Fantasy roster for now. He is and will remain QB-eligible in CBSSports.com leagues.

The title and body of your post don't exactly jive. Nothing says yet that he will play WR, just that it's possible.

Forget WR, if the hawks want to win, they should insert him in at QB. Hasselbeck sucks....

It would be awsome to see Seneca actually get some quality playing time at WR instead of just a play here and there. But it would be even better to see him as a starting QB any place!

Here's one more.

Seahawks | Seahawks calling Seneca Wallace? | Seattle Times Newspaper

Since he's going to officially remain the "backup QB" for now, even if he plays WR, I suppose that means he'll still be a QB in fantasy leagues, but unless I'm mistaken, any reception yards would still count as miscellaneous points? Not that he'd probably be utilized that much, but it'd still be fun to have him and make watching the Seahawks game extra fun. I've already got Sage on my bench, just in case.

I am pretty sure Sportsline had a blurb that they will list him as a WR.

Update from CBS:

Seneca Wallace, QB SEA
News: The Seattle Times reports that Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace, who was forced to play wide receiver in Week 2 because of numerous injuries to the Seattle receiving corps, is likely out 3-4 weeks with a strained calf.
Analysis: Wallace probably knew he was in trouble when he took the field as a WR against the 49ers, as the WR jinx in Seattle just doesn't look like stopping any time soon. Wallace had little to no Fantasy value before getting hurt, and now he has zero.

Wow, they must be getting desperate, they brought back Koren Robinson. I guess that's what losing at home to the 49'ers will do to you.

Hate to say I told you so...but I said it was a bad idea to put your backup QB in at WR.

So you're saying he got hurt because he swithched positions? That's not the case. From what I read in the paper, the injury happened during pre-game warmups.

He ran pass patterns during pregame warmups. That's apparently when he got hurt.
Hurt running pass patterns because they were going to stick him in at WR.
