He’s a legit 5’9” and he doesn’t have 1/4 of the burst or basketball IQ of Tyler Ulis. Not a legit threat from deep.

Size is a legitimate concern, but I disagree with the burst comment. Ulis wasn’t much, if any, quicker than Locure IMO. Attitude/discipline is definitely a concern too.

I want Iowa to offer him- ideally they could sign both Locure and Carton, and Locure could redshirt. I think he’s got a lot of potential, but he seems to have some attitude/discipline issues that need straightening out. He has a skill set that no other guard on Iowa’s roster has, so I am all for Iowa offering a scholarship. I don’t care what other offers he does or doesn’t have.

Interesting...not what my reaction was after watching that video. Apparently you don’t think finishing ability and ball handling are considered basketball skills. He is still rather raw, I would agree with that, and the jump shot still needs to be cleaned up a bit.

Ulis has a 32.5 inch standing vertical and is extremely quick. You're making yourself look silly
