OK,
I was assuming you meant football alone.
When you throw together that many sports over a 5 year span, really isn't surprising.
I'd assume many are academic/discipline related.

OK,
Oh I'm sure they have. Happens everywhere. You don't think they have told some kids to move on?
Your main beef with this seems to be that KF did it to a starter.
I get you dont want Iowa to improve at all but this just has the look of desperation on your part.
Of course a Hawkeye fan brings up basketball. What Hoiberg did was shady as hell though and he even went out of his way to find Amardi a new spot
Nah. At least not as of 2013-2014. ISU had 342 scholarship athletes at that time and 1 was multi-year scholarship.
Oh I'm sure they have. Happens everywhere.
Usually that results in a transfer, not somebody who still is on the team that next season.
Not sure why the sport matters? And I don't think it is shady at all. I think it is the big business of college athletics.
I have no problem with a coach telling a kid he isn't good enough at this level and they need to move on. To pull the scholarship of a starter who's a local good kid is disgusting
Well the person who told me about this knows Jake and he's pretty pissed about this whole situation. He feels betrayed by the coaching staff
What are you talking about? Please get some kind of phonics book or something. You arent making any sense.
Iowa has 0 RB commits right now. Goodson getting on board on July 3rd would be our first. The other spot will be held until Brock makes a decision.
The other RB's wont have a chance to commit because the position is full. BF's quote starts with "offers you a scholarship and you commit to us...." Nobody at the RB spot has committed to Iowa, yet.
Of course he does.

Sorry I was told some info from a family friend of a kid and shared it over here. How did I know it would upset you

Unless they throw a bunch of picks against Texas. Got it.

The position is not full. You, or someone who looks a lot like you, just said there's another spot open. If one of those running backs not named Brock commits right now to Iowa, Iowa won't honor that commitment. There's a restriction on that scholarship offer. That's the definition of noncommittable.
So you hear something from a family friend of a kid and come here and spill it out to the world? Wow. Talk about gross.
From what I've told Jake hasn't had any behavorial issues, I even asked twice after I posted it because a failed drug test, academic problems, etc is stuff that is worthy of a scholarship being pulled. Granted it's coming from a family friend but they said he's very well liked by his teammates and is a great kid and this came out of nowhere
Gervase could transfer. I am sure a lot of teams could use a kid that has started on the Iowa defense.
Obviously just loves the staff, his teammates and being a Hawkeye and chose to finish his career at Iowa.
