They do line up well - 4-14 in B1G and 0-18 in ACC , new coach at Pitt, hotseat coach at ToE. Toughest call was where to play - which venue has a better chance of drawing 4,000 fans - nod goes to historic CHA.

I would put the opening line at ToE -3
