Ah, you disagree that having more good teams top to bottom makes a conference good, so the metrics must be flawed. At least you won the bet.
Apparently the "Final Fours Counter and Generalized History" method you employed is preffered, then?No I am simply showing you how the advanced metrics model is flawed
TBH, I thought the same thing of Besabe. After his freshman year, I was like this guy is way better than the offer sheet he has. He just didn't progress along the lines like I assumed he would have.He was. I remember the first time I watched him play when ISU lost at CHA his freshman season and really wishing Iowa would have gotten him.
The BPI said that, not me

You realize nobody cares about the BPI right? It's a terrible tool nobody uses outside of ESPN
I agree but they ranked the Big 12 number 1 as a conference so I used it.
Big 12 has been ranked as the #1 conference by multiple tools for a few years in a row now

When did I bring up rankings at all? Seriously, can you read?According to 247, Niang was ranked 71st as a recruit. Basabe was ranked 192....... of course he did not progress like his ranking would suggest.

The problem with your arguments is that you continue to base them on historical results. Historical results aren't in any way relevant to the past few years, like was being discussed. In the past few years, the Big 12 has been a top league. No because each conference has their strengths and weaknesses. The big 10 was down last year compared to the big 12. But historically after that it is not a we are better than you arguement depending on what you use to make your claim. I showed 3-4 different things that made arguments for both teams. It is easy to do and stupid that I had to do that to show people on this site that you can use anything and everything to justify an argument. It does not make the other person wrong.

Like I said ISU fans think their team is a lock for next year
Not bad for a kid who is so weak he can barely get the ball to the rim. Just imagine what he could do if he gets introduced to the weight room!
yes in the regular season, when i counts is what matters doesnt it?
Nobody said this and you continually make yourself look stupid saying it.
Introduced to the weight room? Kid is 18 and should be heading off to his freshman year of college. With his dad being a D1 coach why hasn't he been in the weight room?
That's a spectacular dunk btw. I picture a dorky Baer celebration afterwards.
