Yeah, but it can be done.

Yeah I'm sure Cook has no clue what the dates are or anything
I wouldnt put a lot of stock into Dolph providing factual information. Just like a few posters here, its possible he has his dates confused since there are 2 dates to withdraw.
If Cook is gone, likely gone from the sounds of it, then yes. Iowa basketball will be not good.
And Patrick, Connor, Weiskamp are not going to be the guys to turn the corner. Weiskamp maybe can, but he is on an island by himself unfortunately.
Fran needs a few top 50 players in the 2019 cycle besides his son or the pitchforks will fly in IC.
I loved listening to the Pinstripe. Opening kickoff and Eddie is already confused if BC returned the ball or not.Plus, John Walters is so much better than Dolph anyway. He and Eddie always seem to be hitting the sauce during their broadcasts. Once in awhile I will dial them up during the end of the game for a good laugh.
Well Cook is gone. Looks like Pemsl will stay and take his starting spot. Yikes

You think they'd be good if Cook came back?
Yes. Is that bad? I was packing to take off to the Liberty Bowl.Haha, you listened to an Iowa football game on the radio?

Bohannon and Connor at the point
Moss, Dailey, Fredrick (hopefully rs) at SG
Weiskamp, Dailey, Baer
Cook, Nunge,Pemsl, Kriener, Baer
Garza, Kriener, Nunge
That is a decent set up for a push to the bubble, without Cook though we lose to much athleitc ability and who knows if anyone can step up.
Your guards are terrible even if Cook returns. That's a problem in college basketball
It's odd. I don't think I've ever seen someone type "you listen to the radio?"He's all flustered with the Cook and Ferentz news he's not even thinking straight
Optimism is great if that's what you are leaning on but I would really disagree with the depth part.Terrible defensively yes, but a guy can dream of improvement there, you have to give us hope at least.
I honestly think Connor will be a good player there. During the Drake game I think he was a great facilitator and then I look up at the scoreboard and it is a blow out. We needed that this year when Bohannon needed to sit because of miss matches. I think we will be better at the guard spot because of this. Moss needs consistency. Will he do it? probably not but he needs to figure it out or a 2019 guard will take his place in the lineup regardless if it is a good recruit or not. Dailey is a role player. I like the depth there with a healthy Connor and an older group.
