No, Im making fun of you for considering Lazard elite based on him earning HM AA honors from SB Nation.
Jewell and Jackson earned 1st Team AA honors from all 5 of the publications that are used to determine Consensus and Unanimous All Americans.

Nah, but keep reaching. Lazard was not elite last year. It looks like Montgomery, Jewell, Jackson and Daniels were the only elite players in the state last season.
I consider an HM AA performer elite. If Welsh didn't regress under Kirk I would have considered him elite too
When they had the large group hospitalized and it was publicized Kirk figured he better hush it so he recognized Doyle as coach of the year for it and then they switched. After people dug in, they found out other players said they had had it along with other athletes. Due to Hippa, it came down to lawsuits and people coming forward to know who had it. So there's could be cases that were kept quiet.

What's funny about that? Welsh was a preseason AA and then regressed under Kirk (not surprising). Lazard ended up being an HM AA performer
Did you score a 12 on reading comprehension in school? Iowa had cases of rhabdo, but that didn't change anything. Finally a larger group get some hospitalized and people step forward to bring attention to it. Then they finally changed it, after there is backlash from the general population because of people finally having enough of it. So it was happening, and Iowa kept doing it until they got a public black eye. Learn to think.
