Funniest name I ever saw in a newspaper was one of those on the Business Page, where somebody got promoted - the gentleman's name was Richard Head. I kept the clip for many years, because most wouldn't believe me. Unfortunately, it got lost somewhere along the way.

In other news I am also now officially a licensed commercial drone pilot. The easiest certificate I will ever get from the FAA. For real pilots (sorry if that offends anyone but I will never consider someone that sits/stands on the ground playing with a joystick a real pilot) all it takes is an online class and get it signed off.

How is it they say it?

A drone pilot is involved, an airplane pilot is committed.

By the way when I heard the audio of that 737 pilot immediately after she lost an engine and part of the fuselage and was communicating with ATC, I said to myself she has to be retired military. Just too cool, calm and collected. She has flown in pressure situations before. Sure enough, she was the first female F/A-18 pilot in the Navy.

Truth. Went out and ran since the paths melted just enough where they had plowed. Not bad at 50 degrees. Downside, it was my worst run of the year, a slow asthma wheezing three miles.

Been a bummer of a week. Two high school classmates have lost a parent this week. You can lose someone at any age but kind of sobering to know your at a age where this thing could hit you as well.

A massage parlor by us recently closed. A neighbor complained when a couple of the workers came outside wearing super-short robes. When the police inspected the facility, they found one room that was made up like a bedroom.
