Graham Couch: Iowa Basketball is a mid-major roster

Well his comments in the article pretty much said he would be in the NBA or back at Iowa.

And Fran said in the article he's going to play in the NBA and he never will. Iowa put out an article saying Pemsl is 100% committed to Iowa and that's not true. What's your point?

My point is you were adamant that Cook is gone and it sounds like he is most likely sticking around now.

If he had 1 foot out the door he wouldnt be going to class and playing pickup with his teammates.

So......if he was going to transfer, he would flunk out of classes? If he was going pro, he would hide in his room/apartment and avoid basketball? Genius, you are a genius.

Hes obviously referring to taking a sit out when he talks about not having a scholly for 2019. Try reading for once.

No, he is obviously talking about a GRAD transfer:

“You look at a grad transfer. You look at a transfer as a possibility. But then if I do that, then I don’t have a ’19. I want to have a scholarship in ’19,” Fran McCaffery said. “So that’s probably what we’re going to do. Hold on to it and just go after the ’19 class.”

He clearly doesn't understand the rule

He isnt transferring. If he had one foot out the door he would be training somewhere else and its pretty well documented that he dislikes school so he would have bailed.

Wow, Fran definitely doesn’t understand how transfers work. He is a definite keeper imo.

He told you he isn’t transferring, or are you assuming? If he didn’t hire an agent, could he afford to train elsewhere?

He clearly mentioned not having a ride available for 2019 after adding a transfer, not a grad transfer.
