My Pledge—No More Trolling

Who the **** cares if Callahan is a Nebby guy?
Also, the forum software allows 5 twitter posts, so I posted 5, there's more out there.

From starting a thread that says you're done trolling to now thinking it was ok that CJ was playing is beyond belief. Hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of Iowa fans tweeted the same thing.

You've gone from troll to beyond pathetic.

Again, just because we dont agree doesnt mean I am trolling. You usually rip on Iowa fans for being dumb, now you are using hundreds of them to vouch for your opinion?

Its not a troll. KF was asked about it and said they gave him the option to come out if he was in too much pain. The med staff cleared him.

“First and foremost, there’s a medical decision to be made by the doctors and trainers. So it starts there. But if he could go, he was allowed to go.

Lol I shouldn't be suprised because of how much of a homer you are but you really think CJB shouldn't have been pulled in the bowl game. Lol wow!

Isnt Callahan a Nebby guy?

So 4 people plus Ed Cunningham and @JP4CY thinks he should have been pulled? Seems like the medical staff at Iowa thought he was OK to go back in as long as he could withstand the pain.

Like I said, CJ was a gamer at Iowa.
You had a rough week here last week. It makes sense you decided to give up on trolling, but you'rea already off to a rough start this week again.

This thread is a brilliant move by Yeahbuddy. The best way to troll, is in your own boat. He just built his own boat. This is how I picture a Hawkeye fishing boat.

At the risk of bringing this back to football...

I'm not sure Kempt remains the starter much into the season. The other teams have coaches too, and now there's a half-year of film on Kempt to break down. Last year he was an unknown factor.

I just don't think he has a strong enough arm. I sat there in Memphis, shivering in the wind, and watched too many of his passes die.

I think Noland will take the majority of snaps this season.

Look Kyle doesn't have Elway's arm but you just said you sat their in the wind and watched his passes die. That weather was garbage and I wouldn't base his arm off of it.
With the receivers we have and David being able to catch the ball, I'll take a good screen passer, someone who can fit it in a window, and not turn it over.

Are you including the ones where the line was on top of him? There were several that he couldn’t fully step into and had to arm throw it. He doesn’t have a great arm but it is sufficient. Too many college Qbs that have the Big arm just drill it in. Even from 5 yards out. I don’t care who starts, but I feel a lot better this year than last with the qb situation.

No argument here. I think Kempt is definitely serviceable. I just think there are some throws he can't make.

We don't need him to make those throws though. We need someone to complete 65% of their balls, not turn the ball over and let our talented receivers/backs make plays
True that. Having physically gifted receivers is a luxury that few teams have. And we'll see about Kempt - I guess I'm not going to panic if he's ineffective because of who we've got in the bullpen.

I mean I think it'd be highly unlikely he would just start to be ineffective after how productive he was last year
