Wasnt Prohm hired in like June or July of 2015? That was right around the time Joe verballed to Iowa.

If he was open to other suitors, Prohm had almost 2 and a half years to reach out to him.

I think Joe committed to Iowa the day Prohm was hired wasn't he? Prohm didn't recruit him the second time around that I'm aware

Some of that may apply for the transfer decision tree. Either white or grew up Hawkeye decision point needs to be in there to account for Uthoff.
