Graham Couch: Iowa Basketball is a mid-major roster

Why would an Iowa poster care that Prohm is not going after the elite high school players in the state of Iowa? Iowa fans should be thrilled Prohm is not going after Iowa's elite players

Because an ISU offer moves the ranking neeeedle way more than a Franny offer. Makes their player look better.

I'd be okay with losing out on the rare P5 state of Iowa talent and focus more on Chicago.

Carton and Foster are going out of state and Prohm wasn't on the job to recruit Wieskamp. Green we were in it but he went to play for his dad. I'm not sure what players we've been missing. Both Fran's entitled kids are ones you'd want to stay away from anyways based on abilities and red flags

Pretty much agree with this. However, I'd give us at least a small chance at Foster.

I think their mom may be the biggest red flag from what I hear.

@YeahBuddy please respond to this thank you

The kid shut down his recruitment after he verballed shortly after his freshman year of high school. You dont think a top 50 kid would have received more than the offers he lists if he kept things open until his senior year? Dont be dense.

Its the same reason Dean Oliver and Jeff Horner dont show huge offer lists. They were Hawkeyes pretty much by the time they were in high school.

It's been discussed on here Joe was open to other schools getting involved in his recruitment after he committed but nobody came calling
