Not including Iowa's struggles, just specifically talking about the ISU season.

Glad to see so many ISU fans having fun at Iowa's expense while their own bball team put up another impressive showing on Saturday.

For $10 million buyout we are having a lot of fun about this. Gotta love Barta!!

Iowas struggles have definitely made this horrible basketball season better. I have too many Hawkeye friends, so this at least keeps their mouths shut.

I also enjoy local media Hawks meltdowns.

3 maybe? I thought we would be an NIT team so they are worse than I thought but I got to see 3 top 20 wins at home in person which was fun and the combo of Lard/Wigginton plus following THT this season has kept it from being a 1 or 2

I'd put it around a 3 as well. Those 3 wins kept it from being a 1. Winning some games in the NIT would bump it up to a 4 for me.

Not sure why you would think that since I have already said I am not a fan of the buyout.

I don't know why you would find it strange. We literally had to listen the whole off season about how good Iowa was going to be by the local media. Both Register guys picked them 4th in the conference that's how ridiculous it was getting. We knew we were rebuilding and we are still better than you plus your coach is awful and you just extended him. If you don't understand why we think that's funny I don't know what to tell ya

We're on an Iowa State forum. I don't personally go talk **** publicly. I just do it here.

7 or 8 teams from the B12 can make the NCAA's from a 10 team league. 4 or 5 teams from the B1G can make the NCAA's from a 14 team league.
To even think that we play the same caliber of teams is ridiculous.

Not as it stands now, they'll have to win at least three more games to get in. They're capable of winning three more games but also capable of winning no more games.
