If the kid tells him he is firmly entrenched with a school and does not want to be recruited, Iowa honors that wish. If they are still open to the recruiting process he is going to try and get them.

It's pretty obvious that KF and Campbell have a an agreement to improve each others recruits offer lists.

In this case it was sorely needed.

Sounds like he's solid with ISU from I've heard. I know Iowa really wanted him and he could have committed on the spot so I'm guessing that's going to sting for a while
