It was a great win for Wisconsin. I'd personally give at least 1, probably 2 more years because the team is so young.
Absolutely. Issue was they really hadn't done anything until tonight. At least with ISU, you can see some potential here and there and they've had some nice wins.
I had a Wisky fan co-worker the other day remind me that prior to 1999 Wisky had only been to the NCAA tourney 4 times. That's insane considering what they've done since.
Yeah, it's insane. I'm a new Wisconsin fan but I looked it up, prior to 1997 they hadn't had a winning big 10 record in 23 years and had only had one winning big 10 record since 1952. So yeah, it's absolutely incredible
Almost the exact same for their football team. Wisconsin should have never been as bad as they were all those years in bball and fball. Only P5 school in the state with a few larger metro areas.
