RPI is just a factor. K State isn't a lock. Tough games remaining. Losing to us would really suck for them.If we are going by RPI- KState won't get in.
Lol a P5 conference champion and somehow 4th place Nebraska will fare better.
10 is higher than 12
They are 14-1 in Lincoln with their lone loss to Kansas by 1. They aren't losing a home game and Illinois is a dumpster fire.
So you guys think they are out with at 23-8(14-4) with a tourney game against Michigan looming which won't hurt them.
Yeah, because Washington had 3 top ten teams in their conference that year also.

Your original post said 13-5. I've made my case very clear. 14-4 with a first round loss in the BTT is too close to call. They would still have only beaten ONE tournament worthy team all season. How is that even possible?
I wouldn't want to bet on either side at 14-4 and 0-1 BTT. It would depend on the other at-large resumes'.
You have wrapped your head around a conference and overall record which are not nearly as relevant as you want them to be.
Nebraska is a lock at 14-4, they still sneak in at 13-5, that's my prediction.
Beat Michigan first round of Big 10 tourney with either record and they are a lock.
At some point shouldn't wins count for something? You can only play the schedule you are dealt.

You create your own non conference schedule. Their non con SOS was 268

So you would be in favor of Loyola getting an at-large bid if they don't win the MVC tournament? They have more wins than Nebraska and a better RPI.
They played Creighton and Kansas, who did we play? Iowa and Tulsa?
If we were in the same situation 100% of you guys would say we should easily be in.
