Look at when Rhoads got his extension and when Fran got his. People were wanting Fran fired a month after he signed his extension with a 10.2 million dollar buyout!

I don't remember Rhoads extension or buyout being a big deal at all honestly. 4.5 million for a football coach compared to 10.2 million for a basketball coach? Again this makes you look dumb. Ferentz's buyout is 22.5 million and you're criticizing 4.5 million lol

He'd be fired if they don't make the tourney next year so you'd be paying a basketball coach a $9 million buyout. I'm going out on a limb and say that'd be the highest buyout ever paid out to a basketball coach

It's apparent that your AD would pay extra money for a terrible product on the court. That's what I gathered from information available to me, anyway.
