If you're going strictly off of ratings, yes.
I'll actually echo twins here though, Vaughn had the best film.
@CyTwins has made it clear that those offers do not count.
He cant play both sides and include them when it happens to an ISU commit.

As a senior, McDonald furthered his development. He gained 15 pounds. He was an All-State selection. Baylor offered. Auburn came all the way up to Waukesha, Wisconsin for him. Not everyone may have heard about those schools coming in because McDonald is a rarity these days, a kid who hardly uses Twitter.
Looks about as identical of a recruit as Dillon Doyle.
Took the only P5 offer, similar in rating and size.
Iowa fans seem pretty high on him.
So why doesnt the 247 site list a Baylor offer?
Also, reading that article reminded me of Downing. Did he get injured or have a poor senior season? I see Jenkins is ranked way ahead of him now and Plumb jumped him as well.
I don't work for 247 so I'm not sure. He was a real quiet kid and doesn't have Twitter so maybe that's why? The staff is really high on him as obviously other staffs were
Apparently the only staffs high enough on him to offer were ISU and New Mexico.
And about my Downing question?
Not even worth answering a s its clearly an attempt to downgrade ISU's recruiting efforts on Downing.

Downing is a stud and was a top CMC priority from day one. That's all I care about. Iowa rolled out the red carpet for him and they still whiffed
downing graduated. Why do you care about him?
Looks like it worked out for both sides, Downing got to go to the school that offers his desired major and Iowa landed 2 higher ranked OL prospects.
