I think ISU has some good HS prospects left on the table.

Also think 2 or 3 of the remaining spots will go to grad transfers. So they won't help the almighty "recruiting rankings".

Derp, the TD after Wadley's fumble made it 15-7. Iowa took the lead after that, mostly because of Wadley.

Not even addressing the validity of that call, it wasn't his fault the game was that close in the first place... We blew a few opportunities before that even occurred.

Speaking of "next man up", wow, our defense that game... Lose both starting safeties and lose a starting CB right after the game starts and still stuff down a productive, pass-heavy offense. Hell of a performance. Extremely well-coached.

So I'm guessing Bama hasn't taken a priority with Scates? What happens if they do?

Also, would ISU take both Crim and Hall or one or the other?

One can only assume that Scates would be Bama's if they wanted him. They have several higher ranked WR prospects.

ISU would take both Crim & Hall if they are able to get them. I'm guessing there is a reason that there was a DB commit that didn't sign in the early period.

They still lost. It is Wadley's fault. They were driving and at PSU's 25 when he failed to execute. His reckless carry removed any chance of a touchdown. It has to be miserable to know that it was so close there at the 25.
