All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

How can QB be TBD?

And LOL at Fant or Allen if there is one TE.

Well both QB's are huge question marks and Allen was second team all conference and Fant was third. Fant is no doubt the better receiver but Allen is a much better blocker

Iowa knows who the starter will be at QB so not a question mark. ISU, I agree, huge question mark at QB.

No ISU QB in program history threw for as many passing TD's as Stanley did this past season. In fact, Stanley threw 6 more TD's than the ISU record for passing TD's in a season.

Your QB was incredibly inaccurate and fumbled the ball 7 times in one season. If that's not a question mark I guess we'll agree to disagree

Didn't both teams throw the same number of TD's this season?

It's unfortunate that we had to use 4 different guys to do it, due to a combination of team attrition and battling injury, but hey -- next man up.

He definitely has some things to work on but that is expected with a guy starting for the first time as a true sophomore.

Stanley produced as many passing TD's as the Top 4 QB's on the ISU roster combined?

Crazy production from a sophomore.
Our roster is stacked at QB. How many other teams drop as far down as their 3rd/4th string QBs and still win 8 games and a bowl against a ranked team? Or pull in walk-on QBs to beat top-5 teams both at home and at their own houses?

Guessing that's a pretty limited list. Good on ToE to never run into the issues we had, but wow -- our recovery was incredible.

I didnt look up the numbers, was talking @MeowingCows word for it.

If he doesnt know how to add, thats on him.

He's got a lot of things to work on. With how QB's regress under KF I hope he's the guy next year

Get back to me when you win the conference with a 6th string RB.

QB seems to be much, much more important than a RB in terms of driving a team to victory... Just putting that out there.

Until your RB loses a fumble at the goal line in a bowl game and needs your defense to bail him out.

You guys sure hate Greg Davis even though he was much better than Brian

???

Greg Davis in his first year as the Iowa OC and 18th season as an OC led an offense that put up 19.3 PPG.

Brian Ferentz in his first year as the Iowa OC and first season as an OC had an offense that put up 28.2 PPG.

How would you grade Brian's first half in the bowl game?
