So that's where Travis wound up. Always wondered after he riled up Omaha on numerous occasions with his.....existence.

He was an odd dude when he was in Omaha but he was ok. Listened some since he got his show in Des Moines and it was hard to listen to.

Oh he's still in Omaha. He does the show from his basement and "telecommutes" every morning. Makes for excellent radio when he can't see or interact with the guests they have on. I usually think Ross is pretty terrible, but when it was Ross and Heather for the two weeks Travis was gone, it was actually a really good show. They had some excellent interviews, kept on topic, actually talked sports. Then Travis came back and made fun of Sean for not being able to change a tire for 30+ minutes.

I’ve never heard of him, but sounds like he could be Hines radio alias. Without talent these middle aged faux hipsters are forced to try anything to boost ratings or hits. I bet his analysis of the game, if he’s found the time, is very cursory.

Know your audience if you want to get out of your mom’s basement, Travis.

Legit question, who is Travis Justice?

I've never heard of him. Must be missing out :)

He is a morning host on 1460 KXNO radio station, and is probably one of the worst you will ever hear. He is un-knowledgeable about his market, has a 6th grade sense of humor, and is neither clever or insightful. He is basically a living embodiment of the Billy Madison quote.

Now you've been warned, if you subject yourself to him, especially during "Beer with Bruno", you have only yourself to blame.

I do feel sorry for Heather though - she didn't ask to be stuck with him. And I suppose for him too, he's clearly not right, but instead of people encouraging him to improve his life they pay him to get worse. Anyway, enough moralizing from me!

Thursdays are with Bruno. He's been a lot better now on Thursdays but his problem is when brewers come in and he (Travis) tries to pull his "I know more than you" shtick and he clearly has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to beer.

When they first had Seneca on the show on Mondays to talk about NFL, he asked him a question about the "brothers" in the league. I about crashed my car.

I prefer to think of him as Bald Peter Griffin.

I love Ross! He has clear and coherent reasons supporting his arguments for or against a topic. I'm a fan.

Ross always comes off, to me, as only having surface level knowledge of Iowa sports. He's gotten a lot better lately and he is infinitely easier to listen to now than when he was with Travis on the Morning Rush.

99% of the time I love Ross. But from time to time he will fall into a pissy mood (like all of us). I can't stand him when he gets in that mood though, usually when Iowa has lost and ISU is having success.
For me it was the, "I'm not going to get political, but if you want to, let's talk about abortions..." rant he went on one afternoon.

His I don't care, I'll say what I want attitude comes off extremely lame. If it seemed more natural maybe I'd roll with it but the fact that he points it out all the time is cringe-worthy. I'll admit to listening even though I don't care for either host. My commute is on 15 mins and I usually don't change the station from my drive home.

I listen under the same circumstances and couldn't agree more. The several times he's been called out for crossing a line, his rebuttal of "that's what this show is about" rings so hollow. Wish they could just talk about what happened in sports the day prior.

He just wants to be Howard Stern so bad, that it ends up being so forced and unnatural.

How is that disrespectful to ISU players, He is just giving an opinion?
A respectful opinion would have been "Campbell is impressing a lot of people and some high profile schools are going to be calling." What Herbstreit instead said was "Campbell will take the first good job that comes at him and despite all of the lip service about building a program, he doesn't give a crap about the players, fans or school. No one wants to be at ISU."

How is a troll disrespectful?

I’ll give you some time.
I think it undermines a lot of what they're trying to accomplish this season and moving forward as well.

You might now like it, but it is his opinion. That is the nature of coaches. Clone fans didn’t “disrespected” Toledo by assuming he would automatically leave for a better job, well the rest of the nation thinks he will leave again for a better job than ISU and this isn’t disrespect either.

Stating an absolute statement isn't an opinion. An opinion would be "I think he's gone at (fill in the blank when), not "He's gone".
