Whoa. So...stupid.
This is not hard. Here are the three things you need to do:
(1) don't do drugs
(2) don't beat up women
(3) don't riot at VIESHA and accept dismantled stop signs from strangers to hold up in the air *
Follow those minimum limits and you can get (a) a free college education and (b) possibly a chance to support your family playing a game! If not, at least (a).
*If (3), you might still get to do (b), but you will deprive fans of the opportunity to watch you along along the way

Again, even if this is what it was, the legality is not the issue. It's a team rule.Legalize it
This does make me wonder if teams like Colorado still have team rules against it or not.Again, even if this is what it was, the legality is not the issue. It's a team rule.

Sort of why I said it's not the legality of it in response to a suggestion that it should be legalized. It could be 100% legal, but if it's a team rule, you follow the rules.Team rule? It’s a banned substance by the USA, the state of Iowa and the NCAA. Team rules look a little silly in comparison.
I’m on board with some legalization but until then, follow the damn laws and rules.
I’d guess the only reason it would be a team rule is the legality aspect.Sort of why I said it's not the legality of it in response to a suggestion that it should be legalized. It could be 100% legal, but if it's a team rule, you follow the rules.
