Tonight is the night we get off the schnide with those damn Yankees. I say Ervin throws donuts all night long.
You might be right. This team really doesn't seem to care what anybody thinks of them. Everyone in the lineup has fought through either the "bust" label or "finished" label. I guess not Castro but we'll just call him the exception that proves the rule.

Not sure how I feel about Sano coming back. I worry that he'll waste too many at-bats trying to do too much, and Escobar has done such a great job in his place.
Not sure if the Twins are built for a series against some of these Jaggernaut teams, but they sure as hell can be built for one game if Santana is on.
I don't feel confident they will win, but it has been a really fun season so I hope it continues.
I'd like to see them DH Sano, but maybe slide him to 6th in the lineup. I worry that he may be rusty, but he's still a threat to the Yankees. And I think we'll need every heavy-hitting threat we can muster tonight.
I think the Twins were one of 4 teams in MLB this year that scored 800+ runs. You would look at that line-up (without Sano) and think: How?
Sano isn't on the roster for tonight. Decided to carry 11 pitchers instead.
I was at the game on Saturday when he DH'd and he looked like his timing was WAY off. Probably a good move but I was sure hoping for a Kirk Gibson/Kyle Schwarber kind of moment when he hobbled up to the plate and delivered in the clutch.

I'm just giving you all a hard time. I'm a Royals fan but am definitely cheering for the Twins. The Royals made it all the way to the championship from the WC game.

Postseason=playoffs. I believed that with the Cubs in the wild card, and it's true for the Twins.
Get this win. Break that streak with the Yankees, and do America a favor.
