This says exactly where isu is in the college football world.

Everyone here says that our football program really isn't relevant nationally yet. But, CMC IS going to build our brand and we will start winning a lot more, starting with this year.
We never bragged about our viewership. Hawk fans just weren't bright enough to do the math that millions of people actually turned their tvs off when the Hawks came on, so they brag about it.
Iowa NDSU drew close to 1m while isu with CMC was drawing around 350,000.
Quite a brand he is building.
The average rating for Iowa Michigan game was bigger than any regular season game for the Big 12.
So much for Iowa not being relevant.

So are you a proud isu grad? 10 years of stalking someone surely deserves some kind of award. You would be right up there with other isu "alums of the year".
We got off to a slow start last year as I've mentioned many many times. Our brand will start to grow after we win 7 or 8 games this year and Iowa's will drop when they only win 4 or 5.

Nobody wants to watch because we have only been winning 3 games. Once we start getting sustained success, which will start this year, we will become more nationally relevant while Iowa continues to fade away under the Ferentz era.
Also, keep in mind that the Iowa vs Michigan game featured more 2017 NFL Draft picks than the ENTIRE Big 12.
And it still lost like 80% of it's viewers before the game was over lol

The rivalry board was funny to read because it was such a genetic bouillabaisse. It was a bunch of insecure scared small morons like mash and big. But you were a special case. You melted down and people ridiculed you, especially hawk fans.

Mac won at ISU and nobody came to watch. Heck playing for a bid to the Big12 championship game drew like a whopping 40 some thousand fans one year.
This thread needs to be taken out behind the barn and shot.
Our fan base has grown and become more loyal over the years. I remember the Mac days, but I also see the stadium rocking a lot of Saturdays every fall now. If we consistently won even 6 games, the place would be sold out every home game.
