I interned there in college for the Main Street program. To say they're proud of their Norwegian heritage is an understatement.

Road construction on main route through town. Summer of construction. Neat old movie theater still in business. Antique carousel still in operation. Dogs bark both Norwegian and Swedish. Hometown of former Cyclone basketball player Jon Ness. Just down the road from hometown of the Roland Rocket and ISU great Gary Thompson.
