Iowa Football Recruiting

I wish we had more Nebraska talk/hate here. That's some stuff that both Iowa and ISU fans can get in on equally.

Their message boards had hundreds of posts about how they would just rule the Big Ten.

I had a Nebraska fan bet me 250 bucks in August of 2014 that they would be playing for a Nationals Title in the next 5 seasons.

Those morons struggle to beat Iowa on a regular basis....let alone the upper echelon of the B10

Having lived there for a year and a half and having my parents live there now (sigh), any of them will argue with you about Nebraska football. You can't convince them that they aren't a top football program right now.

Yep, seems like ISU has won almost all of the games that could have went either way.
Numbers agree with this one during Kirk's tenure.
Iowa - 9 total wins. 7 wins of 10+ points. Other 2 wins were 7 points. Outscored ISU by average of 18.8 pts.

ISU - 9 total wins. 2 wins of 10+ points. Other wins include 7,3,5,2,3,3, and 3 pt wins. Outscored Iowa by average of 6.2 pts.

ISU won those games fair and square, but it still stands to reason that they were extremely fortunate to win "all" of those games.
