2012 was a 4-8 season and Iowa averaged over 70,000 fans. Iowa st won 6 games and averaged 55,000 fans
You should hate yours, I guess being the worst P5 football program under his watch is acceptable to you. Shouldn't surprise me, as historically ISU is a bottom 5 all time P5 Football program. Yet Jamie has found a way to lower the bar even more. ISU All time winning %45. ISU football winning % under Pollard 35%. YIKES!
I love Pollard. I would never try to convince Hawk fans to hate Barta that's for sure!
You like that Pollards football program has won 10% less games than ISU has historically won? That seems odd.
Great at raising money, marketing genius, drastically improved facilities, hired Hoiberg, Prohm, Campbell and Dresser.
Well the jury is still way out on 3 of those 4 coaches. What about Jackson, Rhoads, Chizik and McDermott?
I don't get why Iowa fans don't understand that most people I've talked to and listened to in the media think ISU has a very loyal football fanbase. Not sure I really need facts for that. They show up better than anyone else per the wins they have.
Jury is out on Prohm who's more accomplished so far in his career than Fran who's like 60?
They're not here anymore so I guess I don't care. I like that he took the initiative to make some changes with some of them
Everyone at the time said Chizik was a splash hire. McDermott and Jackson did not turn out well. Rhoads took the program to some highs it hadn't seen before and he had offers from other schools during his time so the hire was a good one in my opinion just couldn't sustain.
Iowa Pre-Flight is just one of 80+ schools that isu looks up at for the all time best football programs according to the AP.

Well good for you I guess? You have a fan base that loves its AD who gives you winning football 35% of the time. Maybe if the fans demanded more out of the AD they could instead become fans that fevorishly support a winning football team.
