WTB: RV Pass for Iowa Football Game

Hi everyone!

I realize this is a bit of a long shot, but a group of us Cyclones in Chicago are looking to come back for the Iowa football game in a RV. We would really prefer to purchase an RV parking pass for the donor lots rather than rely on getting a spot in the public lots.

If anyone is looking to sell a RV parking pass or knows someone, please let me know!

I highly recommend Vet Med. You will get in for a WAY better deal, and you get pretty much the same advantage that those get in the RV lot other than it is a little bit further of a walk to Jack Trice.

Vet Med allows you to pull in on Friday night at 5pm, when the campus officially closes, and setup camp. You are not required to be out of the lots until Sunday. The cost is only $40 for the whole weekend per RV, and your tow vehicles gets in free. My brother in law Josh4Cy and I have camped up there for the past 5+ years and we love it.

Thanks for the info! Definitely sounds like the best option! For some reason I was thinking you couldn't get into Vet Med until 6 hours before game (like the other public lots). Do you know if the lots by Hilton also open at 5pm on Friday? I know those are different than the grass public lots.

I also assume it's fine to park overnight Saturday too?

We park our bus in the RV lot (D lots) on Friday nights for a lot of games and some weekends it doesn't go away until Sunday morning.

I've seen them let RVs park on the Scheman grass on Friday nights in addition to Saturdays. It is usually visiting team fans, though.

We are allowed to stay Friday to Sunday whenever you feel like leaving.
