What factor could play into Iowa not offering an OL that is a legacy recruit? Pretty sure there were no character issues with Foster. I wonder what it could have been.

I said if Iowa offered they are a stud. There are different level of stud. Downing is not a Wirfs or Kallenberger level stud. He is a Jenkins, Banwart, Williams level stud.
