You are right for a change isu isn't Iowa's Super Bowl. Monte is sure Iowa is isu's Super Bowl. Maybe someday an Iowa player will go out of their way like Naz and Monte and give you a link you can use.

Kirk sure does have a knack for finding all these "outliers". I'm not a statistician.

Which ones? I think they are all three stars and below and didn't generate hardly any buzz along the recruiting trail.
I was just curious about why this thread never dies. Judging by the contributors and contributions, I can only assume two things:
1. All you Hawkeyes are in the same knitting group
2. It may not be the football team's 'Super Bowl', but sure as hell is yours.

Off the top of my head McNutt, Scherff, Shonn Greene, Edds, Morris, Kirksey, King, etc. A lot of those in state guys had Iowa and Iowa State offers like King, Sash, Krieger-Coble, etc. It's not like Iowa was their only offer
That wasn't what he posted though. He said many power 5 schools. He didn't stipulate Iowa was the only one.
Never said those guys didn't have another P5 offer, just saying they are all similar or worse recruits than Brandon Smith is all. Iowa has a very strong track record of taking guys that work hard and turning them into NFL caliber players.
