Iowa Football Recruiting

The walk on from IWCC has been a nice surprise this Spring, Nick Easley. He will play.

I expect Brandon Smith to plan as a true FR WR and there will need to be at least 1 more that plays, IMO. That will probably end up being Max Cooper.

Losing Daniels wont hurt as long as Wadley stays healthy.

Front 7 on D should be stout and the secondary will be young.

QB is a huge question mark.

Your WR's are going to be awful this year

Sure. What are you expecting from Iowa this season?

I'm thinking 8-4. Solid at OL, RB, TE. QB will be a huge question mark as will WR. Solid front 7 and I think our secondary will be more than serviceable. Like always with KF, a lot of close games against lesser and better competition.

Will be interesting to see how teams defend them. Likely to see many in the box with single coverage outside.

I actually want you guys to make a bowl game this year. Would be a nice way to end AL's college career. My little cousin went to Urbandale with him and had/has nothing but nice things to say about Lazard.

He's a real good kid. Combine his talent and character and there is a reason Iowa was recruiting him until the very end even though he said he was 100% committed to Iowa State

I expect Iowa to run a lot of two TE sets.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.

Brandon Smith is gonna have a shot at playing a lot as a Fr.
