Actually he averaged 9 pts for a bad Cal team in the Pac 12. He averaged more in the non con but he is a chucker. Shot 27% from 3 in conference and only like 29% overall in conference. I think Prohm can find a better fit. They recruited him some but I wouldn't say they recruited him hard. He didn't even take a visit here did he?

Pretty sure he was planning a Fall visit until D-Jax committed in the summer, Prohm still wanted him in Ames but due to the guard numbers and Montes not guaranteed to turn pro CM cooled on ISU.

I trust your numbers that they dipped in the conference season but for the year did average 12.2 and 35% from 3. Excellent year numbers for a true freshman. Not saying that Prohm should go after him but worth a call and see if there is interest seems reasonable..

I'm not sure he's a chucker as his 3P rate was low and his assist percentage high, but he was an undersized freshman with a high usage rate that struggled to finish and doesn't compensate with good outside shooting. Let's put it this way, Bohannon had a better freshman season and with his outside shot has more upside.

Who needs former 4 star PG when ISU is getting 5 stars now?!

McIntosh is expected to graduate this summer and can pursue the graduate transfer rule, which makes him immediately eligible if he transfers to another school. The 6-foot-7, 235-pound forward could also look at options to play professionally.

A native of Pickering, Ontario, McIntosh averaged 12.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game during his junior year.

Common ISU opponent games this season
-20 pts 9 rbs and 3 steals vs TCU
-31 pts 6 rbs and 3 assts vs Indiana State
-12 pts 9 rbs 5 blocks 2 assts vs Drake

If ISU is going to look at a grad transfer "big man" this is a good one.

He'd be a great alternative to Juiston. I watched Illinois St solely to watch McIntosh and Hawkins. Both can score for forwards. Hawkins would have been a big time grad transfer, but I've read that Hawkins will go play in overseas and give up his last year.

Charlie Moore had a good freshman season. He struggled at times but he was a freshman. He reminds me a little of Wes Washpun. A little less athletic than Wes. Not a guy you build a program around like Lindell but would be a quality player for a power 5. It would do him good for him to sit anyear and play three. Get a little older and get used to a system.

He's less athletic and smaller, in other words less upside. Their main similarity is lack of shooting.

When I read that he will be 23 it automatically made me think of Kane. Wouldn't mind a man amongst the boys, so-to-speak.
