Iowa Hawkeyes will not win a ncaa tournament game the next 4 years. They don't have the clutch gene since Fran started coaching. Fran isn't made of winner's intangibles, just a psychotic Paul Rhoads. Jok is now gone and they don't have a guy they can count on to score late in games. I had a Hawk fan tell me Bohannon will average 30 points and 10 assists per game next year. He also said Baer is better than anybody on our team this year. Hawkeye fans are the most unbearable, brainwashed fans in all of sports. If they lose it's never their own fault, it's the refs fault, or today it was Jok's fault. Next year that team will struggle scoring 50 in the improved big ten. We'll beat them at Hilton even in a down year.

Last night proved the difference between the Big 12 and Big 10. The "bubble" teams in the Big 12 are very good teams that just got put through the ringer in a tough conference. They are capable of beating about anyone.

The "bubble" teams in the Big 10 only became bubble teams because they somehow found themselves rising only slightly above the mean in a terrible conference.

Xavier and Kstate just claimed their spots last night. Huge wins over teams in the 3 seed range instead of losing by 30 to an NIT team.

Indiana has a 76 RPI, went 7-11 in a terrible P5 conference, and has multiple 100+ losses. Their wins over UNC and Kansas can only push them up so far...

Maybe they can now have a home game and have 1,000 people attend with free pizza and Dale from Waterloo bobblehead night. This way they can hopefully get rid of the the remaining heads of Dale that are sitting in a dusty closet in Mad Frans office.

Holden, Bowie and Kasango are the only transfer big guys that Prohm has brought in, correct?

Fran getting T'd up last night was pure comedy gold. Sometimes you can blame the officials, but when you are losing by 30 because your team sucks and is getting manhandled isnt a good time to blame the refs.

Indiana shouldn't be in the NCAA right now, but if they win today over Wisconsin, they are at least back in the bubble discussion. Win a 3rd game and they're likely in. They looked incredible the last 30 minutes of the game last night (opponent noted).
