I want them to get the 2 seed so they play Thursday night instead of Thursday morning. I think it will be more fun down in KC on Thursday that way. Other than them getting the 2, I don't care if they win or lose in either tourney.
Never seen that. I do know Guy Frieri will be drooling over some chicken pot pie on the Food Network tomorrow night though.

They had a game earlier this year, (Minnesota I think?) where everyone in black was complaining that the refs obviously gave the game to Minnesota. I don't know if it was a true hosing or not, cause I didn't care, but I remember seeing some articles being posted by Hawk "reporters"

Definitely didn't cost them the game, there was like 30 seconds left and even if Iowa got the timeout they tried calling they would have had to try to inbound the ball again or get fouled and make free throws.

Yeah I don't remember them ever getting a hose job like we did against KU in 2013 or anything like that. Don't understand why they complain about officiating when I think they have had some good fortune with refs. Temple game comes to mind
Well I think it did. Iowa was up 2 with 18 seconds to go. They clearly called a timeout and the Minnesota defender was out of bounds when he tied him up. Also, that was about the fastest I've ever seen a jump ball get called. Up 2 with the ball with under 20 seconds to go with great FT shooters in Jok and Bohannon and I think Iowa wins that game 95% of the time or more.
22 to be exact, Ellingson who is a 100% free throw shooter should have been at the line for 2 shots which would have put them up 4. You could argue Minnesota could have came back from 4 down and I wont disagree with you, but it definitely decreased the odds of Iowa winning.
