You'd think with a 58 and 62 ranking they'd be on the bubble. Yet, they are no where to be found.
I don't think they are a bubble team and never said they were

That's why those rankings don't matter much. Neither does some site making up hypothetical game lines. They aren't Vegas, it's just one guys prediction. Hell, the first game I saw, the Auburn-Georgia game tonight, statfox's game line would be Georgia -8, yet Vegas opened Georgia -5. So, in that game alone they're 3 off.I don't think they are a bubble team and never said they were

Eveything in aggregate: ratings, record, conference record, road wins, "good" wins vs. "bad" wins, eye test, etc.So what matters then? How do you judge a team? KenPom, Sagarin, RPI?
I was just going by the **** on their site. The line opened at -6, I'm guessing Georgia isn't getting 4 points of home court advantage since well, they are Georgia. Hilton, AFH, etc would get 4 points

Iowa is not on the bubble? They're four straight wins away from even being in the same planet as the bubble. They're a conference tournament champion away from getting in.And Iowa at 92 RPI is! It could still happen.
I don't have a go-to. I just take everything in aggregate. You may not think those matter, but they do to the only people that matter in this. What's your go to site to reference though. Everyone has one. Lol on the record and eye test stuff though

Sorry I only go by Leistikow, Miller, and those other guys from eastern iowa that said dom uhl would have been a 5 star out of HS if he had played all 4 years in the US.
I actually watch a lot of basketball. Your bias comes into play too as it showed above in your second sentence. To me the biggest factor is who you have actually beaten.Comparing records is stupid because you have good conferences like the ACC and the Big 12 and you have terrible conferences like the Big Ten and the SEC. The eye test takes account for your bias because you (I'm still laughing about this) think Iowa is an "average" team. You obviously don't watch much basketball outside of your lowly Hawks
Wasn't Kakert the one who said Uhl would have been a 5 star? The same Kakert that @YeahBuddy is in love with
I could care less what those two say. I have never read an article by Leistikow, and haven't read one by Miller in 3 or 4 years probably.Sorry I only go by Leistikow, Miller, and those other guys from eastern iowa that said dom uhl would have been a 5 star out of HS if he had played all 4 years in the US.

I found this article interesting: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...a-tournament-selection-committee-really-works

Sorry man, "couldn't"....So why do you care so much about what those two have to say?
I said I'd tune in and watch a little of it. WVU is tough to watch because they're games are foul, foul, foul, foul, etc. and take 2:45 minutes to finish. You said you're not even going to watch an elite college basketball matchup Friday night when you have nothing else going on
