Seemingly never ending Iowa MBB thread (still going.....)

The beauty of this, and I usually hesitate to go with the "this helps us" narrative, but another Top 25 team goes down and we potentially move ahead of Maryland in seeding. Maryland's schedule is incredibly weak.

He's a good shooter, question is just if they sit patient with him as their point for four years. That'd be a big mistake, give him his chances to shoot it, he's not a 4 year starting pg at the Big Ten level though.

After watching this game it is obvious to me that any Big team can easily beat any other Big team , with maybe Rutgers being the one exception. There are no outstanding teams in the Big.
So........I would not at all be surprised to see a Big 10 team that has all but been eliminated from the NCAA tournament by the so-called experts, win the conference tournament and ,therefore, appear in the NCAA'S. Gee, I wonder who that could be. FIRE AT WILL!

It wouldn't surprise me to see Boh start four years for the Hoks; I think Fran loves him and thinks he's Gesell 2.0
 
BTW, how in the world is Maryland ranked #24? They are TERRIBLE!! I told my brother-in-law that if there was any top 25 team I'd like to be matched up against in the NCAA it would be Maryland. If Trimble is off at all, I don't think there is any hope of them winning in the NCAAs. In fact, I think if they were to play Iowa 10 times, I think the Hoks would win 7 of those contests (and I don't think the Hoks are very good).
 
Who gets more coverage in the Rag Sunday and on kxno Mon? Hoks big road win over ranked team or Cyclones squeaking by at home

Yes. I know the answer. I'm just insulting Rutgers and the Big Ten.

It's pretty head spinning to me but again everything changes without Jok. Bohannon should be completely covered up next year but the big 10 will be terrible again so who knows. It's not even so much the players but the coaching in that league has just taken a huge nose-dive. They have a lot of guys that seem "comfortable" and have accomplished a lot already and seem to be happy to recruit well but not coach well.
