Doubt it, they can't even pack it for conference season games.
It was kinda packed today when I flipped over to them. I was drinking a lot of kool aid, so maybe I was just seeing double.
I don't understand. Last week, all the Hok talking heads were making excuses for Iowa's poor shooting in the MSU loss ("tired legs from the double overtime game vs the goofers"). Hmmm, that Minnesota game must really have been tough on 'em - they again couldn't hit the broad side of a barn down the stretch in today's game. Perhaps they need a two-week rest period between games.

They had some reunion for a team from the 80s today as a fundraiser for Kenny Arnold I believe. So at least they turned out to help him.
I have a feeling we won't see many hok fans around here for awhile. I tried telling them they were horrible and have little to no hope for the future. And we are tied for 2nd in the best RPI conference in the country and primed for a deep tournament run.
Another late season collapse by the Hawks, as dependable as spring coming after winter.
Looking at their final two weeks, they are playing to finish at .500. If that doesn't happen, then goodbye NIT.

It should be easy to finish .500 these days with all the non-con cream puffs and playing in the Big 10. That Neb-O loss might come back to haunt them.

I'm not hoping Iowa State loses, I want them to be the 3 seed. I think they'll need to win 3 out of 4 to get that though.
Actually, the 4 seed is my preference. Bounce KU on Friday night in the semi's and a crap load of tickets will be available for the championship game.
