Hey all. What are your favorite all time One Hit Wonders?

Post them here.

Also, not trying to start arguments about what constitutes a One Hit Wonder. If you like it, and you think it's a One Hit Wonder, then post it.

Here's my favorite. Spacehog - In the Meantime
Epic baseline and a catchy tune with somewhat indecipherable lyrics. Top it off with an odd but memorable music video and you had a 90s One Hit Wonder.
I have a few Spacehog albums, but this is the only tune that really took off. One of my absolute favorite One Hit Wonders

I will admit, this was by far their biggest hit and I love it. I personally liked that whole album though. Everlast before he tried to write ballads and be a pop singer.

Yes, House of Pain was more than just Jump Around. That album and Same as it Ever Was, where constantly in my rotation back in the 90's

This is touted by some as the best 90s One Hit Wonder. Hard to argue it, since it was so popular and then the band disappeared.

Doesn't help that they got into a big legal battle over samplings from Andrew Oldham and The Rolling Stones. They ended up having to sign over royalties and songwriting credits. Then the broke up a few times. Maybe if they had actually done all their due diligence they could have ended up a great band.

I suggest listening to The Drugs Don't Work off this album as well. It's quite good.

Yeah, they just didn't make the charts with a lot of their other stuff because it was riddled with profanity. Jump Around just took off.

While the Refreshments probably were technically a "one-hit wonder" (although "Down Together" also got some radio play), I would contend that Fizzy Fuzzy Big and Buzzy is one of the better albums of the '90s.

Agreed. I was just thinking that ~20 years removed, most people don't remember much else from the 3 above.

"Sonnet" and "Lucky Man" are really good, too.
