Week 4 kicks off tonight with Dolphins vs. Bengals .

Both teams are 1-2 and looking to get back to .500. It's hard to believe that after this weekend the regular season will be 25% complete.

Here are the lines for this week.

Miami @ Cincinnati (-7.5)
Indianapolis (-2.5) vs. Jacksonville in London
Cleveland @ Washington (-7.5)
Buffalo @ New England (-5.5)
Seattle (-2.5) @ New York Jets
Carolina (-3) @ Atlanta
Detroit (-3) @ Chicago
Tennessee @ Houston (-5)
Oakland @ Baltimore (-3.5)
Denver (-3) @ Tampa Bay
Dallas (-2.5) @ San Francisco
New Orleans @ San Diego (-4)
Los Angeles @ Arizona (-8.5)
Kansas City @ Pittsburgh (-5)
New York Giants @ Minnesota (-5)

Out of all of those I like the Broncos the most.

Fortunately it will only be 23.5% complete after this week because we get 17 weeks of regular season football

Bengals started out 8-0 last year, finishing 12-4. They could have won both games they lost this year, so I'm not panicking yet. But, frankly, if they don't dominate tonight then I would not be surprised if they miss the playoffs and finish 8-8.

I kind of like the Browns as 7.5 point dogs at Washington. The Redskins haven't been all that impressive, and the Browns are 0-3 but they've been right there the last couple weeks. Cody Kessler actually looked ok last week in his first start, and they might be on to something with the Terrelle Pryor experiment.

Three undefeated teams left. Denver playing now in Tampa, Philadelphia on a bye, and Minnesota hosting the Giants tomorrow night.

I'm a Vikings fan, but I think the '72 Dolphins can start planning their little get-together for this season.

Paxton Lynch is looking pretty good so far. It's premature to call it a QB controversy in Denver but Simien better not be too badly injured.

So if you're out of timeouts and a player get hurt there's a 10 second clock run off, thats a stupid rule IMO.

Hate the broncos but the line makers really don't respect them. I think I've cashed on them2-3 times this year due to weak lines
