Makes me miss last season... Gotta feel for Lazard. Why we aren't playing Park is beyond me. All we have to do is get the ball to Lazard.
So...does this mean I shouldn't make plans to go see ISU play in the national championship game this year?
I know what you mean I have lost so many games since 1962 that it doesn't even bother me anymore ...sad but true
When Lazard started posing after making catches I thought ISU was starting the empose their will and would pull away. Then the rest of the **** storm happened
I'll never understand why so many people think Lanning is good. We need a QB who can throw the ball.

Especially if they aren't going to make an effort to set a scheme that has him running more often.
So, this is 3 losses to FCS teams in the past 4 seasons now. 2 out of the last 3 to UNI (please take them off the schedule, for god's sake). Total embarrassment of a program right now.

This. Go back to fluff games and grab some wins. The conference schedule is brutal enough, steal some where you can.
While I think we HAVE to win that game if we are going to compete long term in the B12, that was a very good UNI team. That QB is tremendous. I think if we take away a few of our mistakes, we win by 14. Campbell is heading us in the right direction. We have to be patient. We make a few better decisions and throw the ball to Lazard about 6 more times, we will win in Iowa City. Book it.
Laughing about what? The guy lost two straight games to FCS opponents, including just three years ago against UNI. There is no guarantee he would have beaten UNI tonight.
