Iowa vs. NDSU

If I had my choice to beat Iowa and then make a top 10 finish or lose to them and have them make a top 10 finish I'd rather beat them. A win impacts ISU way more than what Iowa does outside that game

Again if you truly believe Iowa's success outside of how we do against little bro doesn't impact isu then you make the "flat earthers" appear rational.

If isu had 5 top ten finishes in the 17 years I would care how isu does because it would impact Iowa's ability to recruit players.

I don't think we cross over in recruiting as much as you think. We do in the state of course but most players that go to Iowa grew up Iowa fans so I don't think it would change much. Outside of state CMC focuses on kids with higher character than the players Iowa recruits anyways.

Outside of Iowa Matty boy focuses on players that would have gone to the MAC. He must be preparing for isu's inevitable future.

You obviously don't follow his recruiting.

Chase Allen chose ISU over Florida State, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma State
Sean Foster chose ISU over Cal, Kentucky and NC State
JaQuan Bailey chose ISU over Florida, Louisville, Miami, North Carolina, Pitt. Tennessee and Va Tech
Deshaunte Jones chose ISU over Louisville, Wisconsin and West Virginia
Tymar Sutton chose ISU over Wisconsin and West Virginia
Kene Nwangu chose ISU over Iowa and Northwestern
Oge Udeogu chose ISU over Louisville and Houston

Would you like me to list 2017 commitments like Kam White who chose ISU over Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, and Tennessee? What about Ray Lima who chose ISU over Oregon? Kamilo Tongamoa who chose ISU over Lousville and Missouri? Josh Johnson who chose ISU over Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and NC State? The list goes on

The best part is you really believe this. Naw Matty boy is recruiting players he knows he can win in the MAC with because that is isu's destination.

So Alabama, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Louisville, Michigan, Florida State, and Ole Miss are all recruiting MAC players too. I'm fine being in that company

Naw and in the end they weren't really recruiting your so called all world players.

But that won't stop your delusion. I can see the sales pitch. Come to isu you will get early playing time and if you are lucky we will win 8 games by the time you hit your senior year.

Yeah they were

Sure Clark sure.

So again when will Matty boy and isu be worthy of a camp tour for 2 hours on Sirius/XM? Don't they know about all the awesome recruits Matty boy is getting?

Too funny

Iowa State is too big time for some XM channel. We do ESPN or nothing. You and Temple probably had fun though with the 47 listeners

Let me guess. None of the good offers were committable?

Only those schools would know.

I have a feeling that little Matty Campbell will turn out to be just like all of isu's previous saviors. If he is good he will bolt after a good year or two or he will get fired because he simply couldn't overcome isu's position in life.

Sure Clark sure. isu isn't big time enough to get local radio in Ames. You are best leaving national broadcasts to big bro Iowa.

Don't worry cy twins no recruits will be listening or given info about it. You can sell recruits on those glossy 8 wins the past 3 years.

I'm sure Campbell would have rather been on satellite radio but he was on ESPN which isn't a terrible consolation prize.

We have a top 35 recruiting class right now. Obviously whatever they're selling is working

Yet just like with everything else isu still is always looking up to big bro Iowa when it comes to national exposure. At least you have those glossy 8 wins the last 3 years to fall back on.
