Well, in that case, I hope they can reach their first 4 win season in the last 3 years! That'd be an awfully bright future!
Please, could at least one of you ******* try to be original or at least humorous. I'm trying hard to find some new troll to not ignore.
You do know that every single Iowa State fan knows we were terrible the last 3 years, correct? Not one person is dwelling on that now that there is a completely new staff, and one that has picked up a lot of momentum in the short time they have been here. That is enough to allow us to be excited. What do you want us to sit in the corner and pout about the last 3 years while we have done everything possible to change that culture?

Really? Weren't you the one that didn't mind me in the last thread that I was posting in? It's called giving ISU fans grief, the same way you would be doing it to us, or the same way you have been doing it to us since Stanford mopped the floor with us in the Rose Bowl!
I'm well aware of the recruits that CMC has picked up, I've read about them, and I think it'll have ISU trending upward. I really do. But, what fun is it to come into a thread, where ISU fans are trolling Iowa, and not troll back?
You would think with a username of "Herkster", that I wouldn't ever pretend to be an ISU fan. It's painfully obvious, or at least it should be, that I'm an Iowa fan.
I don't mind you, but when the same thing comes up day in and day out I apoligize if you are the straw that broke the camels back. I usually just stick to jabs and don't comment seriously one way or the other, but I just wanted to say my thoughts. I don't/never have ripped on Iowa for the Rose Bowl loss since there is enough of that going around. I just wanted to say my thoughts in response to Iowa fan's comeback and that was all.

Just as good of shot as being as good as Bama as we have of being as bad as Kansas. Some of the worst P5 teams of all time they've been trotting out the past few years.

Good thing I compared your football team to Kansas, which you then turned into basketball...which somehow got turned into comparing Iowa vs Iowa state in basketball. The original post was about football.
That's my bad, I should have compared Kansas football to Iowa basketball instead of getting the thread off topic with ISU basketball. Apologies
