I get accused of going overboard a little bit now and again...
I have an Iowa State Edition truck... CyTruck
an RV with Cy RV
a pontoon with Cytoon
ISUAV8R plates my wife has ISUMOM a full ISU mancave...
and today I finished restoring this old cart... its ready for the stickers/logos to go on....

I wonder if I am the odd ball or do others do this stuff for the fun of it.....
I enjoy it....

Hey if you enjoy it, and can afford it, do what you enjoy. Golf cart looks nice.

I wish I could get a better picture of the rear, but from what I can tell it looks nice! :wideeyed:

Wife, daughter, or friend? Once I know I'll have an appropriate response.

First things first, you have to know that a picture of any woman less than 150 pounds will get this crowd overly excited.

Now to answer your question somewhat seriously. If you're going to go big, you have to own it, I guess. But I do think it's a little tacky to have Iowa State plastered everywhere in your house and/or wear Iowa State gear out on an almost daily basis.

No.

I kinda cheated (by working in the AD as a student), but I have six or seven duffels of ISU clothes when I moved last year plus a few bins of memorabilia and trinkets. Plus some stuff still at my parent's house including more clothes my mom cut into a t-shirt/hoody blanket. I have a decent amount on display in my apartment, but a lot currently still lives in bins until I graduate and can move into a bigger place.

I don't wear ISU clothes out all that much anymore (it used to be a constant thing) except for pretty much all of my gym clothes are ISU since I have a lot of dri-fit shirts and shorts. Rock an ISU hat regularly though.

im always going to side with NO on this. My gf thinks I have gone overboard just with my Fred Hoiberg jersey, Niang ISU jersey and Niang Pacers jersey. Autographed pics and basketballs as well and I still don't have enough ISU stuff. Pile it on my man!

Disagree. I have polos, t-shirts, etc. that I wear quite often. I think since we went to the darker cardinal, these shirts "fit in" better than the bright red we used to have.

I teach and coach in a high school in the Twin Cities. Since I have Iowa State stuff throughout my classroom and wear the polos to work, I believe I am helping to recruit potential students. My data would support this.....in the past three years, 8 of our students have gone to Iowa State and none have gone to Iowa. I have done my part.

I guess that just means you're comfortable in your tackiness. I kid, I kid.

I usually have some form of ISU gear on when I'm working out or lounging around my apartment. Otherwise, pretty much save it for gamedays.
