Iowa has had great success putting Oline into the NFL..it's not so much that KF is this tremendous coach(although he is very good at OL) it's also fact that they run an offense which fits the NFL.. They also happen to have a Strength Coach who is one of the best there is.

Hey, it got us Mangino! Seriously, no get would surprise me with this staff. It's not that they're superhuman or anything. They're just young and know how to communicate with recruits. And they're persistent. They have changed the image of ISU to more trendy than traditional. Most staffs (including iowa and ISU under Rhoads) have a bunch of older coaches and then a couple of young "recruiters". ISU's whole staff is young minus the DC and the QB coach. It SHOULD pay off in recruiting and it is. Now, they lack the experience of most staffs, so maybe that will show up on the field. Or maybe not. That will be determined over the next few years.

I heard he's relocating to Wisconsin for his final year in HS. Are you surprised he didn't list Iowa? He's committed/decommited 3 times. Kid may have a big upside, but no thanks. I think we're both better off with him looking elsewhere.
The Kids decision making is worthy of a LOL. I wish him success at the school of his choosing.
it is true, he has moved to Wisconsin. A good friend of mine spoke to his high school coach in Iowa, last week. Trust me....we do not want the kid.
Iowa has moved on. After not only the decommit/recommit, but he called out a few other recruits on Twitter. Will be an interesting one to follow. Kind of crazy that he would have offers from Alabama/Ohio State (not sure if real), but would list doormats like Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota as favorites. No idea if some of the places he's listed even know who he is. I think he ultimately ends up at a lower-tier school. Then, it will be up to him to work hard. He needs to lose 50 pounds to be a legitimate candidate to play D1.
Are we in on any better interior DL prospects from the HS ranks? Because Harris may not be as good as advertised but he fills a big need.
