They got Jaylen Fisher. I like seeing other B12 teams get better, frankly. I don't want them to be great but better is good for the league.

Dixon is a really good coach. If he can get some traction there, they could end up being a nice little program. (I'm assuming they have a small basketball budget and their venue is terrible, so right now there's probably a ceiling of how good they can be.)

Nice get for Jamie Dixon and could lead to more looks from top talent to play with a good PG.
TCU has upgraded their coach, facilities and is located in a good recruiting base so there is opportunity for them to improve.
The Horned Frogs commitment is nice to see considering what they were when they joined the conference. I assumed at the time they would be just concerned with Football, and that isn't the case.

If SMU can do it (albeit cheating from Larry), no reason TCU can't drastically improve.

Dixon is a really good coach and he is in a great recruiting area. It would not surprise me if TCU isn't one of the better Big12 teams within 3 years.

Do you mean fans, or you don't like the floor? They just put $72mil into their arena, so I'm guessing it's pretty nice.

It's nice as in it's new, but it's terrible venue for a fan.

I would argue that high school kids couldn't care less how the venue is for a fan watching the game.
When you walk them around and everything looks/is new. That's the selling point.

Mike Miller's younger brother Ryan Miller is an ace recruiter. He has Memphis ties from coaching there under Calipari. Ryan almost had the UNLV job so that's why the commitment flipped. That's a great get for TCU. Miller will start bringing in talent just watch.

And then there is Shaka Smart who is going to bring in loads of talent now. Not to mention Okie State and Tech, whose recruiting/coaching will get better, too. No drop off in the big12 really.

I think Okie State will take off and succeed with their new coach. Very impressed with his SFA team in the NCAA tourney.

I disagree. Players experiencing "Hilton Magic" is a real "game changer".

Have you been there? It's a beautiful venue and great place to see a game...now it is 2/3 empty, but the facility is fantastic.

Yes, I was just there in January. They tried to squeeze as many seats as possible. It's small and cramped.
