Random Thoughts VII 'Merica (RTTVII)

oh I'm already close. I originally emailed in mid March saying please have this done by 3rd weekend of April. Person in charge of planning was out and the others copied didn't respond. I emailed the 11th of Apr saying hey haven't heard, will this be done by the end of next week? Yeah no problem.

Nothing happened last week. I emailed this Monday the 25th being very pointed and they said this is the week they have availability. They made it seem as though I misunderstood what "next week" meant.

Now I want you all to look at your calendar and look at the 11th. If you get an email from someone that day wanting something done by the "end of next week", which week do you think I'm referring to?

DAMMIT they just cancelled kickball! Boo hiss! now we'll miss even more weeks because of vacation. We were already missing the playoffs. Well, maybe this pushes the 2nd week of playoffs to the week we are back now. Hmmm.

I only knew a couple growing up, they tended to be quiet and very conservative. Interestingly, the girl and I had an after school project together in 8th grade, and were walking the hall to go home one evening after completing it. One of the janitors (female) met us in the hall, looked at her, looked at me, got this big smile on her face like she 'caught' us coming back from fooling around. I thought "you have no idea, there's no way". She was kind of cute, so I'm not ashamed the janitor thought that.

I had a couple of attractive JW girls in my graduating class. They were very normal, maybe a little wilder than average but not too much. One of them had a crush on me in something like 4th grade. I was too much into Star Wars and sports at the time. In retrospect, the Vikings and Cyclones have been pretty frustrating over the last approximately 4 decades.
 
no, DH said the new screenshot is by swiping your hand across the screen. It kinda worked but it made the screen change to something else.

Well I could still stop by and check out the house/landscaping. Lots of down time between games.
 
When I was in high school there were two really good people who really liked each other. One JW, one not. They were never able to end up together because her parents would never approve. It was really sad to see that happen to two really great people.

I used to just hand the phone to one of my kids whenever I wanted a screen shot of something. No, I do not get nudie pics sent to me ever.
