Ugh! Berryman in trouble again

We gave Jason every opportunity to showcase his talent and get his professional football career back on track. Unfortunately, that opportunity with the Barnstormers ended today.

Seems like more than just a suspension to me. That may be what they're calling it now - but it would appear he's done.

And now you know why I wished he had just moved on and stayed away from here. It could be something as simple as missing a practice or something but the fact is he's under the microscope in Iowa and every slip up is going to be news.

He does have a child in Iowa so he has a responsibility to be here for his family. Frankly he just needs to finish school and get a job at this point.

I am not sure he could hold that though. Who is going to hire him? He is a convicted felon, so he has to disclose that. If he had only messed up once or twice or three times he could say I am changed. But after saying he has changed and then messing up again, he has really ruined his life.

He was just canned from a job that he supposedly loves for whatever reason. What makes anyone think he'll finish school and hold down any sort of job at this point?

If spending a lot of time in jail didn't fix him, I doubt anything else will.
 
As a former construction worker, I can attest there is always a spot for felons on a crew. IMO he just needs to stop messing around making pennies playing AF2. Get a job and join the real world, take care of your family.

But the point is, Berryman can't even do the football thing for money. I simply can't see him working sun up to sundown for longer than a week or two.

Unless it's in a prison issued uniform and under guard watch.
